1-3 Day in salon with a qualified Coach. This coach will spend time with your staff teaching strong communication skills, retail and rebooking systems. Front Desk Training

In this training, Amy Carter (current million dollar salon owner) will come in and spend part of the day observing and evaluating your front desk systems. She will then work with your front desk team to become more efficient with check-in and checkout procedures, pre-booking, client reminder calls and all other front desk operations.
